Bentschi: ‘Confessing to someone thats not gay…’

I’m in my senior year of high school and I’m planning on coming out to my friends, but I wasn’t planning on confessing to anyone at all. The thing is I made a new friend this year that makes me feel things that I have never felt before. I mean originally i was planning on being detached from everything until I was out of the house so i could feel more free and stable. I’ve been learning a lot about him and know hes not gay but still should i come out and tell him? On top of that should I come out to my friends senior year?

It’s your senor year. No one is going to care after you graduate. Do it. Or don’t. When you look back on it four years from now, you will see this concern as nothing.
